The Secretary of State requires that applicants have an updated Alcohol and Substance Abuse Evaluation within six months of the hearing date. In addition to the evaluation, they require all of the treatment documents from the treatment provider where the participant completed treatment. And lastly, they require specific paperwork that is only used for Secretary of State purposes. We complete all the paperwork and help you through the process.
